With no previous online presence Billericay Footcare needed a brochure website to attract new customers while providing business information to existing customers. Using a fairly minimal theme complimented by strong stock images we developed a simple and intuitive information hierarchy allowing visitors to understand the available services and get in touch very easily.
One of the most important requirements of the site, as with most modern websites, was that Billericay Footcare wanted to be able to update the website themselves without being tied in to any future financial cost following launch. By using a content management system to power the website this was easy. They can edit all of the site pages, images and blog articles without needing to contact anyone to make the changes for them. It allows them to preview changes to make sure they are correct, publish them if they are happy with their changes or restore to a previous version if they make a mistake through a very simple interface.
At the time of launch Billericay Footcare ran a local advertising campaign. By implementing Google Analytics we were able to track all visitors to the site. This was a very useful tool to calculate the ROI from the advertising as we could how many visitors had arrived from each advertising source and their approximate location. It allowed us to determine which adverts were delivering the most local leads.

" I was finding the prospect of creating a website rather daunting. Working with Will made it easy. He explained the all the fundamental aspects of creating a website, helped define the content pages forme to write and gave me lots of design choices from which I chose the one I liked. The whole process took a couple of weeks, the cost was very reaosnable and I find it easy to update the website with new blog articles. I will definitely come back to Will for future advice. "
